Adventure Time

Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why’d you steal our garbage?!! is now available with Nintendo DS and 3DS Games in the Kids Arcades directory.

"Based on the hit Cartoon Network series by San Antonio’s Pendleton Ward, 'Hey Ice King!' pits Adventure Time heroes Finn and Jake against the icicle-nosed Ice King, who’s gone full-tilt Frankenstein on their trash to build his own Garbage Princess. Ward wrote the original story for the game, so it should play out like an interactive episode of the Emmy-nominated series. Which is your cue to scream 'Mathematical!' to the heavens as you smash that custom-made Lumpy Space Princess piggy bank to buy the game."

The latest game in the Hitman series, Absolution, is now available with PC/Mac Games in the Kids Arcades directory.

"The great thing about Hitman, throughout the series, is the improvisation you'll have to pull off, since there's so many ways to kill a target," writes Alvin Garcia of "You'll have to utilize disguises and adapt as the mission proceeds. While there was still trial and error to be had, no one can take away the feeling of finally getting a Silent Assassin rating on a level.

"With new tools under his belt, like instinct mode, where you can predict enemy movement, along with Contracts Mode, where you create custom hits for the community to play, Hitman: Absolution has my teeth practically tingling thinking about Agent 47 once again using his signature piano wire. But sexy nuns aside (which I did enjoy), this new Hitman looks absolutely killer."

Assassin's Creed III

The third installment of the Assassin's Creed video game franchise is set in the American Colonies between 1753 and 1783, portraying pivotal moments leading up to and including the Revolutionary War.

The story line is about a Native American assassin fighting to protect his land and his people who help ignite the flames of revolution in the colonies.

Due for release at the end of October, the game by Ubisoft reportedly replicates the guns, uniforms, and everyday life of the Revolutionary War period with some accuracy rather than simply using its history as a set piece for gaming.

The game, which comes out this October, is not just using the American Revolution as a set piece for blood and gore. In recreating historic battles, the developers have made the weaponry perform authentically. Muskets cannot shoot more than about 50 yards and are relatively inaccurate. Cannons can be moved up and down, forward and backward, but not side to side.

George Washington is reportedly a central figure in the game, depicted through speeches and giving commands on the battlefield.
